Onsite Group is a diverse collection of businesses that includes Onsite IT (Distributor for Jamf Software Licensing and Professional Services), Onsite Hospitality (managing a portfolio of successful guest houses), and Little Oaks Kinderkinetics (the first Kinderkinetics practice in the Garden Route). We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team and drive the marketing efforts across all our businesses.

• Website Management: Regularly update and maintain the websites for all companies (using WordPress), ensuring that new content, including photos, articles, and other media, is consistently available.
• Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media posts across all platforms to maintain and grow our online presence.
• Brand Management: Ensure the brand image is maintained and expanded across all companies. This includes overseeing uniforms, signboards at properties, and email communication from our various systems.
• Content Creation & Communication: Create and distribute mailers and other client communications, ensuring a consistent and professional voice across all touchpoints.
• Strategic Oversight: Assist in developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for the Onsite Group, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand identity.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong web skills, particularly in WordPress management.
• Design Ability: Proficiency in graphic design to create visually appealing content, and a sharp eye for great photo taking!
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Initiative: A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across different businesses and teams, coordinating efforts to achieve common goals.
